We are currently updating to a more user-friendly and contactless check in process, but for now keys will be picked up in the front office any time after your check in time. We are open 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Don’t worry if you’re a late-night arrival, you can prearrange with the manager to have your key available for you to pick up in a safe and easy way. Be sure to screen shot any check in details before you arrive in Jasper, as cell service can be tricky.

You can leave your key in your room on an easy to view surface or feel free to bring it by the office during the regular business hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

All rooms with a Fredrich ac/heating unit will have a remote set out for your arrival. You can use the remote for all controls: Setting to cool or heat, fan speed, temperature setting, etc. 

LG ac/heating units do not have a remote, but work in much the same way, only using the buttons on each unit to control.

We provide a one cup coffee maker and choices of caffeinated coffee, decaf coffee, and tea pods. To use the coffee maker, fill your mug or cup with water and open the back of the maker. You should only fill the water bank to the fill line. Pull out the plastic basket on the front of the machine and insert your warm beverage pod of choice. Slide the basket back into machine and place your cup or mug underneath it. Press the start button and a red light should come on. You’ll have a hot cup of strong coffee or tea in just a moment!

Contact the Manager on duty during normal business hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. If it’s before or after these hours leave a message by calling (870) 446-5252. Be sure to state your name, room number, and the item(s) you’re needing, so we can make arrangements for pick up or drop off.

We offer 2 queen size beds, which can hold 2 adults each. So, each room can accommodate 4 adults. We require that anyone under the age of 18 have an adult staying on the premises. Anyone under 16 years of age must have an adult staying in the room with them.

We are a work in progress and as such our pool is closed until we can begin renovations on it. Check in with us through Instagram or our website, as we continue to make updates!

Currently The Gordon does not allow pets that are not certified ADA. Please note that Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs, are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. We understand that can be inconvenient and are happy to offer some boarding options in the area. We strive to offer a comfortable, clean and healthy environment for all guests.

We are not shuttling for float trips or hikes at the moment, but we are happy to recommend a couple of our neighboring businesses, that will take great care of you.

We offer a friendly staff who can help with directions, maps, fun events and things not to miss in our beautiful area. We offer extra coffee and tea in the office, where you can also trade in soiled towels for clean ones. You will receive your internet password when you arrive and there’s one free parking spot per room. Ask us about overflow options if your crew has more than one vehicle.

Yes! Each room comes equipped with a unit that offers both a/c and heat. We also provide extra blankets for those nights you want to be extra cozy and warm. Reach out to the office if you need to borrow a fan as well.

The closest access to the Buffalo River from downtown Jasper is a quick 15-minute drive. There are multiple access points to the Buffalo River, just depending on what you’re looking for. Feel free to ask our staff their favorite locations. The Little Buffalo River is also a lovely and clean stream that runs from the Buffalo National River and right through Jasper. Bradley Park offers easy access as well many other enjoyable amenities.

• If cancelled within 8 days of arrival, there is no charge.

• If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, but before the eve of check in, you will be charged 50% of your total stay.

• If cancelled within 1 day of arrival, you will be charged for your full stay.

By booking with us, you commit to these parameters. We are a small motel with a small staff. Last minute cancellations can greatly affect our staff. If an unforeseen emergency occurs, please contact us during regular business hours and we will do our best to accommodate or switch your booking dates.
